Introduction to The Never Again Foundation:
The Never Again Foundation is a nonprofit charity that provides legal assistance to families of victims killed by domestic violence. Our nonprofit mission is to prevent all killers from financially profiting from causing death, and instead fight to have the assets go to the rightful and appropriate family members of the victim. No other governmental or nonprofit agency provides this critical legal service.
We focus on providing legal services to families of victims of domestic violence murder by enforcing crime victim's rights in criminal courts and disinheriting the killer as an heir in probate courts.

The Never Again Foundation is a Qualifying Charitable Organization in Arizona.
What does this mean? If you pay Arizona state income taxes and make a contribution to The Never Again Foundation, under certain conditions and limits*, you can get 100% of your contribution back as a state tax credit! The best part? You do not have to itemize to claim a credit for contributions to a qualifying charitable organization. Even if you expect to get a refund on your state taxes this year you can still take this credit! Your tax liability will be reduced by 100% of your donation (up to the applicable limit $400 for individuals or $800 for married filing jointly) whether you owe money or get money back. If you get a state refund (over withheld), your refund increases by that amount. If you under withheld (owe), the amount you owe decreases by that amount. *Please consult your licensed professional to see if your tax situation qualifies. For more information click here.
